GET/v1.3/charts/top

The best-rated movies and series above a vote threshold, for rankings and “top 100” lists.

The chart is the catalog with the top preset: /titles?preset=top gives the same response. It takes titles with at least 100,000 IMDb votes, a Kinopoisk rating and a poster, ordered by IMDb rating. The threshold drops ratings a handful of people gave.

Everything the catalog understands works here: filters, q, sort, fields and the cursor. order=asc turns the chart upside down: the 2025 Snow White with 2.2 comes first. Move the threshold with votes_imdb.gte. You need that for cinema that is little watched abroad: Brigada and The Island gather 10,000–20,000 votes on IMDb, so with the 100,000 threshold they aren’t in the chart. country=ru&votes_imdb.gte=10000 gives Brigada, The Fool, The Return and The Island.
